myServicePro Installation Files for myServicePad:

To install myServicePro onto your myServicePad (or other Windows-based computer), please follow these steps:
If you are upgrading from a version earlier than 2.0.4.0, you must uninstall the previous version first. Refer to the uninstall directions.

1. Download the setup file to the computer by clicking on the following link: myServicePro for myServicePad
2. After the file has finished downloading, close your browser and navigate to the location where you saved the file.
   (You may want to use Windows Explorer to do this. Open Windows Explorer by right-clicking on the Start button, then left-click on Explore.)
3. Double-click on the file that was just downloaded and then click the Run button in the window that appears.
4. The Setup Wizard will open and will guide you through installation.
   Note: You will not need to change any of the settings during the installation process.

The installation process will place a shortcut on the desktop for myServicForce. To start using, just double-click the shortcut.

• Skype - chat and Voice-over-IP communication
• ActiveSync - will be needed if you will want to transfer information between myServicePad and a Windows Mobile device/smartphone, or if you want to use the Phone-as-Modem option on a Windows Mobile device
